Audience: Company users with Microsoft 365 read access and MSP staff. Company users request changes from their MSP.

Open and read a control

  1. Open Cloud > Posture > Secure Score and find the recommendation. Use All if its status is unknown.
  2. Click its linked Title. Clicking elsewhere in the row is not the detail action.
  3. In the right-hand panel, review the title, service, status, maximum points, category, severity and implementation cost when available.
  4. Read Summary and Remediation, which start expanded when present.
  5. Expand any available User Impact, Remediation Impact, Threats, Recent Scores or History sections.
  6. Close with Close details or Escape to return to the table.

Expand or collapse a section using its heading.

A control can lack some sections. Additional profile and history information loads after opening the panel. An absent section does not prove there is no risk, impact or historical change. If expected guidance stays missing, ask the MSP to check the synchronized source.

Interpret the evidence

Remediation describes the provider recommendation; reading it does not apply a setting. Threats describe relevant risks, not necessarily detected incidents. Max Points is the control’s maximum score value, not a promise of that many additional points. Recent Scores contains up to 30 stored score records, newest first. History contains up to 30 available state changes with provider comments and attribution where supplied. These are records, not guaranteed consecutive daily observations. This panel has no edit-status, accept-risk or mark-completed control.

Choose a follow-up

Action availability depends on access, linked records and source data. Company users should start with the Home AI Assistant to ask their MSP about remediation. Include the exact control title, company, status and any relevant dated evidence. MSP staff can use planning actions.
