This guide is for company users and MSP staff who need a closer look at one Breach Secure Now learner. The panel is read-only and shows data already imported from Breach Secure Now.

Before you start

  • You need Security Awareness read access to the learner’s company.
  • Breach Secure Now must be connected and the learner mapped to a company in your scope.
  • Your MSP handles user administration and changes in Breach Secure Now.

Open the detail panel

Open the learner table

Open the learner table. On Security > Security Awareness, click the BSN tab. On Training > Training Menu > Security Training, set the Provider filter to Breach Secure Now.

Find the learner

Use the User filter and the company selector.

Click the learner's row

A panel opens. Check the name, email, and company at the top before you read the figures.

Scroll through the sections and close the panel

The panel has five sections, listed below.
Opening the panel does not refresh data from Breach Secure Now. If you change the company selector, close the panel and select the learner again.

What the five sections show

Badges at the top can show Locked, Email bouncing, Micro-training opt-out, and Active phishing campaign. Active appears unless Breach Secure Now reports the account as inactive, so it is not a sign-in test. A dash means the field was not supplied. Scores, phishing results, policy acknowledgments, and breach remediation are separate measures.

If you see a concern

When the learner has breach or phishing activity, the panel tells you to review the latest event in Breach Secure Now before you act. The panel does not show the event history or offer a remediation button.

Company users

Start with the Home AI Assistant. Name the provider and learner, describe the concern, then review and confirm the request. Do not include passwords or captured credentials.

MSP staff

Check the company mapping and the source event in Breach Secure Now. Unlock an account, change delivery settings, assign training, or remediate in Breach Secure Now itself. Nothing in this panel saves a change or marks an exposure resolved.
