Use Quotes to see the quotes your MSP syncs from Quoter, QuoteWerks, and Salesbuildr. Company users review the quotes they can access, read their details and open the provider page. MSP staff connect the providers and set company access. You create, price, and publish quotes in the quoting system, not in MSPortal.

Before you start

  • You need Quotes read access. In the role editor this is the Quotes resource with Read access.
  • Your MSP must have Quoter, QuoteWerks, or Salesbuildr connected in Settings > Integrations. Quotes appears in the sidebar only when one of them is connected.
  • Quotes appear after a sync. Quote syncs for all three providers run every four hours, so a brand-new quote can take a few hours to show.
  • Your role can limit which quotes you see. See Control company quote access.
