Use Import or match companies on the Salesbuildr connection page to link each imported Salesbuildr company to the right MSPortal company. Salesbuildr quotes are imported only for matched companies. Matching is separate from each company user’s permission to see those quotes.

Before you start

  • You are MSP staff with integration-company mapping access. Company users ask their MSP to fix a match or quote permission.
  • Salesbuildr is connected. See Connect and manage Salesbuildr.
  • To import a new portal company from this page you also need company-write access and active billing.

Match a company

Open the matching task

Go to Settings > Integrations, open the intended Salesbuildr connection from the Active tab, and select Import or match companies in the Setup guide.

Find the source company

The workspace opens on Import, which lists every company that still needs a match. Use Suggested, Matched and Ignored to switch views, and Search companies to find the record. If no companies have synced yet, select Sync companies. For a single missing company, select Run sync > Companies in the page header, wait for it to finish and check Sync activity for connection errors.

Choose the portal company

For a company with a suggestion, check the proposed company and select Accept, or select Change to pick another. For a company without one, select Choose company… and pick the existing MSPortal company.

Check the result

Each match saves immediately. Wait for the success message and find the company in Matched. There is no separate save step.

Import its quotes

Matching does not import quotes. Select Run sync > Quotes in the page header, let the sync finish, then open a known quote under the company to confirm it arrived.
Several Salesbuildr companies can match one portal company. Confirm their quotes should appear under it first.

Accept strong matches in bulk

Open the review

Select Accept N strong matches. Only pairs with 90% confidence or more are included.

Review the pairs

Check each Salesbuildr company and portal company pair, and untick any you want to review yourself. A name score is not proof of the same organization.

Accept

Confirm the review. A batch can partly succeed. Check Matched and review only the companies still waiting.
Accepting matches does not import quotes. Run a quote sync afterwards.

Import a portal company

Search existing companies before importing. On an unmatched row, select Import to create a portal company from the Salesbuildr record and match it right away. To import several at once, use Import companies and review the selection. Existing companies with the same name are matched instead of duplicated. If the company is imported but matching fails, choose that company from the row on retry. Leaving setup does not delete it. Ignore sets a record aside from matching; it does not delete the Salesbuildr company. Restore in Ignored returns it for review.

Remove or correct a match

Open the matched company

In Matched, find the company and select Change.

Choose the correct company, or remove the match

Pick the right existing company to move the match, or select Remove match. Either change saves right away, with no confirmation.

Resync quotes if you removed a match

After you match a previously unmatched company again, select Run sync > Quotes and check that the quotes appear under the right company.
Removing a match deletes the company’s imported Salesbuildr quotes and line items from MSPortal. QuoteWerks behaves differently and keeps its quotes unassigned. The original quotes in Salesbuildr and the portal company are not deleted. Matching the company again does not bring the deleted rows back, so run a quote sync after you rematch. Changing a match to a different company moves its imported quotes to the new company.

Finish setup

Select Continue to Review, then Finish setup. This records that setup is complete. It does not certify every match or start a quote sync. Connect form changes are separate: select Test connection and Save changes on Connect before you leave it. A paused integration keeps its saved matches but refuses to sync. Ask an MSP administrator to restore the connection, then request the quote import again.

Yes. Accepting a suggestion, choosing a company or importing a company saves right away.
