Connect Salesbuildr to MSPortal.ai with a Public API key. The setup verifies access to your Salesbuildr account and stores the connection securely.
Salesbuildr is currently a pilot integration. The pilot establishes and validates the API connection; quote, opportunity, and product reporting features build on this connection as they become available. If the integration is not available in Settings > Integrations, contact support@msportal.ai.

Prerequisites

  • Salesbuildr administrator access
  • Your Salesbuildr account URL
  • MSPortal.ai integration management permission

Create a Salesbuildr API Key

1

Open API settings

In Salesbuildr, go to Settings > Integrations > API Key.
2

Create the key

Create an API key for MSPortal and copy it to a secure location.
3

Copy the account URL

Note the HTTPS URL you use to access the Salesbuildr account.

Connect in MSPortal

1

Open the setup page

In MSPortal, go to Settings > Integrations, find Salesbuildr, and click Configure.
2

Enter the connection details

Enter the API key and Account URL.
3

Test the connection

Click Test Connection. MSPortal verifies the API key and reports the number of accessible companies when available.
4

Save the connection

Click Connect after the test succeeds. The API key is stored securely in Vault.

Managing the Connection

  • Reopen Configure to test or replace the API key and account URL.
  • Removing the integration deletes its stored connection from MSPortal and does not change data in Salesbuildr.
  • Users without integration management permission can review the connection but cannot change its credentials.
