Open Cloud to review synchronized information from the services connected by your MSP. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace share the main Cloud views. Licenses also supports Adobe subscription inventory, and Domains includes company-mapped DNSimple registrar records. Audience: Company users with access to cloud information and MSP staff. Your role, company access, connected providers, and available data determine what you see.

Choose a Cloud tab

Use the header tabs to choose an area:

Posture

Review available cloud security posture information.

Users

Review synchronized cloud identities and their recorded attributes.

Groups

Review synchronized directory groups.

Licenses

Read Microsoft, Google, and Adobe license inventory according to provider access.

Domains

Review Microsoft, Google, and DNSimple domain information.
Opening Cloud normally starts at Posture when you have Microsoft 365 read access. An account with only Storefront read access is directed to Licenses for Adobe inventory; the other Cloud tabs are hidden.

Choose the company and provider

Start with the company selector in the top bar. Company users can review only the company data their account permits. MSP staff may be able to select one or several companies. Within license inventory, use the table’s Provider and Company filters where shown. Provider is omitted when only one provider is available. Company is omitted when the top bar is already scoped to one company. Filters are specific to their page; recheck them after switching header tabs. For account and license reviews, start with these guides:

Access and missing information

Microsoft 365 read access governs Microsoft and Google Cloud data. Adobe license inventory uses Storefront read access. Company administrators should contact their MSP to change user permissions or connect a service. A missing tab, empty table, or unavailable value does not prove that the company has no service or no issue. Check the company selection and active filters. Ask your MSP to check permissions, provider connections, company mappings, and synchronization when information is still missing. These pages display synchronized information. Check the relevant date or Last synced field where available, and confirm important changes with your MSP. Switching tabs does not trigger a provider synchronization. MSP staff manage connected services in Settings > Integrations. See Integrations for provider setup guides.
