Accessing Cloud
Click Cloud in the sidebar, under Protection. The Cloud item appears once your tenant has at least one connected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace company. The Five Tabs
Posture
Daily security posture scores for both platforms, with Microsoft Secure Score alongside the Google Workspace posture calculation
Users
Every cloud identity with status, account type, 2-step verification, and assigned licenses
Groups
Groups and their full membership across both platforms
Licenses
License assignments, seat utilization, and product breakdowns
Domains
Verified domains, primary domains, and authentication configuration
The Provider Filter
Every Cloud page carries a Cloud provider selector:
Every row also carries a Provider badge, so even in the combined view you always know which platform a record came from.
Search and Filtering
- Search matches names, email addresses, domains, and company names across the current tab
- Company is a multi-select column filter. It is hidden automatically when your view is already scoped to a single company
- Column visibility lets you show or hide any column, including several that are hidden by default such as Last synced
- Tables load 50 rows per page
Company Scoping
Cloud pages follow the global company selector in the top bar:
Company users who sign in to the portal see only their own organization.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Differences
Both platforms expose different data, and MSPortal shows what each one actually reports rather than inventing equivalents.Where a platform does not report a value, MSPortal shows Not available or Unknown rather than a zero. A blank is never presented as a finding.
Connecting Tenants
Both connect per company, and both are managed from Settings > Integrations.
Permissions
The Cloud pages reuse the existing Microsoft 365 read permission, so roles that already had access to Microsoft 365 data keep it without any change.
