Cloud shows synced data from the services your MSP has connected. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace share the main tabs. Licenses also covers Adobe, and Domains also covers DNSimple registrar domains. This page is for MSP staff and company users.

Before you start

  • You need Cloud read access (the Cloud resource with Read access in the role editor) for Posture, Users, Groups, Licenses, and Domains.
  • Adobe licenses need Storefront read access. A user with only Storefront read access sees the Licenses tab and no other Cloud tab.
  • Cloud appears in the sidebar under Protection when at least one of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CIPP, Adobe, or DNSimple is connected. MSP staff connect services in Settings > Integrations. See Integrations.
  • Company users see only their own company.

Click Cloud in the sidebar

Look under Protection. With Cloud read access, Posture opens first. With only Storefront read access, Licenses opens.

Pick the company

Use the company selector in the top bar. MSP staff can pick one company, Global View, or Assigned Companies if their access is limited. Every Cloud tab follows this selector.

Choose a tab

Click Posture, Users, Groups, Licenses, or Domains in the header.

Filter the table

Use the filters under the column headings. The Provider column appears only when your scope has more than one provider. The Company column is hidden when one company is selected. Filters belong to each tab, so check them after you switch tabs.

Frequently asked questions

No. Every tab shows synced data. The tabs have no Sync now button, and switching tabs does not start a sync.
Cloud read access for all five tabs, which covers Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Adobe licenses need Storefront read access.
Not always. Check the filters, the company selector, and your access. Then ask your MSP to check the integration and the sync.
Mostly no. The tabs are for reading. MSP staff can also hide groups from clients on Groups and add Microsoft 365 licenses to a meeting or the planner on Licenses.
