Documentation brings together resources your MSP makes available to you. It supports native portal pages and files, shared provider records, and an optional resource hub. Your role, company scope, and the MSP’s sharing settings determine what appears. Yes. Use the Documentation Hub to give clients one place to find files, documents, folders, and useful links.
  • Upload a file: MSP staff upload it in Documentation > Documents, then add it to the Hub as a Document resource.
  • Link to a file stored elsewhere: MSP staff add a Link resource in Settings > Documentation > Hub, using the file’s sharing URL. The file stays in its original service, which still controls access.
See Add files and links to the Documentation Hub for setup. Company users browse the resources their MSP shares with them. Native portal files and external Hub links do not require Hudu or IT Glue.
