Upload a file for an MSP-owned task
An MSP-owned Secure File Drop task can expose Upload Secure File in its details. Choosing a file starts the upload immediately in this MSP control; it does not use the Company’s extra upload-confirmation step. Keep the file within the displayed 10MB limit and wait for the filename to appear. This control is for provider-owned work. It does not change who owns the client’s upload request.Frequently asked questions
