Branch preview: these instructions describe the current setup flow. Provider availability depends on the integrations enabled for your portal. Production verification is pending.
Connect NinjaOne SaaS Backup (Dropsuite) to review email, OneDrive, and Google Drive backup records for your clients. Open Settings > Integrations, find the provider in the directory, and open its setup. You need an MSP staff account with permission to manage integrations. Company users should ask their MSP to connect the service.

Before you start

From the provider’s API Settings, copy the API URL, Reseller Token, and reseller-admin Authentication Token. These are backup-service credentials, not the credentials for a NinjaOne RMM or ticketing connection.

Connect and map companies

  1. In Connect, enter API URL, Reseller Token, and Authentication Token.
  2. Select Test Connection, then Save connection after the test succeeds.
  3. Allow the first sync to discover the organizations available to this reseller account.
  4. In Map companies, link each organization to the correct portal company. Review Quick Match proposals before applying them.
  5. Open Review, then View backups to inspect the imported backup records.
Only mapped organizations appear in client backup views. Setup can finish while the first sync continues. Review each record’s source status and backup result; the existence of a record does not prove a successful backup.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection rejected: verify all three values belong to the same reseller environment.
  • Organizations are missing: check reseller-admin access and allow the first sync to finish.
  • Records are missing for a company: check its organization mapping and the selected companies.
  • Saved but sync did not start: retry the synchronization from the existing connection rather than adding another one.
