Branch preview: these instructions describe the current setup flow. Provider availability depends on the integrations enabled for your portal. Production verification is pending.
Connect Fellow so staff can import meeting recordings, transcripts, and AI notes into meeting wrap-ups. MSPortal reads Fellow data and does not change records in Fellow. Open Settings > Integrations, find the provider in the directory, and open its setup. You need an MSP staff account with permission to manage integrations. Company users should ask their MSP to connect the service.

Before you start

Create an API key in Fellow under User settings > Developer API. If that section is missing, a Fellow administrator must enable the Developer API in the workspace’s Security settings. A Fellow Enterprise Super Admin key covers staff through their email addresses. Other keys cover only their owners; other staff connect their own keys from a task list or meeting wrap-up.

Connect and review people

  1. In Connect, enter Workspace address and API Key.
  2. Select Test connection. Confirm the workspace and account returned by the test, then select Save and continue.
  3. Open Choose data and decide whether to enable Import transcripts automatically. The switch saves immediately. It imports a matching recording when someone opens a meeting wrap-up; it does not unconditionally import every recording in the workspace.
  4. Open Configure people and inspect each staff member’s Fellow access. Complete setup after reviewing who has access.
Staff email addresses must match Fellow for workspace-key access. A person using a different Fellow email can connect their own key instead. Imported meetings remain visible only to the person who imported them.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong workspace: check the workspace address and use a key belonging to it.
  • Only one person has access: the key may be a personal key rather than an Enterprise Super Admin key.
  • Key needs replacing: reconnect that person’s access with a valid key.
  • Automatic import did not run: confirm the setting was saved, then open the relevant meeting wrap-up and check whether a matching recording exists.
